This website is informational. It describes the software, development and technical support services offered by Orion Transact Inc. Any provision of services is governed exclusively by a separate written agreement between Orion Transact Inc. and the client.

Nature of our services

Orion Transact Inc. provides software, technology and development services only. We do not hold, receive, transmit or exchange client or end-customer funds, and we do not currently provide money services business activities. We do not open accounts, issue instruments, or provide banking, currency exchange or virtual currency services. Payment processing, settlement and account services are provided by third-party institutions with whom our clients contract directly, and Orion Transact Inc. is not a party to those arrangements.

You may view and use this website for lawful purposes connected with evaluating our services.
